It is fair to say that this last week on Football Index has been nothing short of outstanding.
An approximate 100% increase in dividends has resulted in a market bursting full of exceptionally valuable players. The rises in player's prices are already underway with 29 players rising 20%+ over the last week. *3 of these players have been highlighted as valuable players on Football Index Club over the last 35 days.
However, despite plenty of players already rising in price, the majority of players who have a strong chance of earning dividends in the future remain hugely undervalued.
Marketing Campaign & NASDAQ
As mentioned in last week's, FIC Weekly, Football Index will be launching a number of huge marketing campaigns which should attract plenty of sign-ups. Furthermore, the introduction of a full order books system under NASDAQ technology will help to legitimise the platform and could appeal to high-net-worth individuals.
Therefore, it is likely that we will see huge market growth over the upcoming months. Players with little or no real intrinsic value are likely to remain stagnant and so the opportunity cost of holding poor players will be higher now than ever.
Buying into players who could perform well throughout September seems a solid short-term strategy.
It is going to take a lot of new money coming into the platform for prices to reflect value again. And so it may be wise to keep trading simple by focusing on who's most likely to rise in the short term. Such players are likely to be undervalued anyway.
La Liga Fixtures
La Liga Fixtures have just come out this evening and you can find the fixtures by fixture difficulty using the spreadsheets below.

Barcelona, Real Sociedad, SD Eibar, Sevilla, Valencia and Villareal are the teams with arguably the most favourable upcoming fixtures.
For earning IPD under the 5X IPD promotion, Gerard Moreno does stand out as a strong short term hold but has already increased considerably in price since the fixtures were announced. Below are other La Liga players who could be strong short-term holds given their potential to earn high IPD payouts
Lucas Ocampos £1.30 / £1.23
Paco Alcacer £1.17 / £0.99
Youssef En-Nesyri £0.90 / £0.65
Maxi Gomez £1.06 / £1.00
Alongside valuable IPD holds, players gaining transfer speculation are likely to gain a lot of attention and could increase in price over the upcoming week. Lionel Messi, Donny van de Beek and Aleksey Miranchuk have all increased well over 30% over the last week due to transfers.
With such high dividend payouts on offer, players who do gain a transfer can become significantly more valuable following a move as is the case with the 3 players mentioned above (Only the Miranchuk transfer has been confirmed).
Currently, Messi and Donny van de Beek are very interesting gambles and it is likely that their prices will rise if their relevant, expected transfers do go through.
However, if transfer links do break down - player's spreads may open up and so as always timing is crucial.
