Ian Maatsen is a left back for Chelsea in the Premier League. Maatsen advanced through the youth ranks in the Netherlands, playing for Feyenoord and PSV before arriving in London. Maatsen made his professional debut in a 7-1 rout of Grimsby Town in the EFL Cup. Maatsen is now a regular in the Chelsea U-23 side and has managed to score and assist in the FA Youth Cup.
