Player Review
Tom Davies is a central midfielder for Everton. Davies broke into the Everton first team in the 16/17 season and is currently into his 4th season for Everton. During this time, Davies has failed to improve and his PB scores this season have been fairly poor. Davies only averages 29 passes, 0.1 crosses and 0.2 key passes per game and so this lack of creativity has led to generally very low PB scores this season. Davies has previously shown his strong dribbling ability, but he has only averaged 1.2 dribbles per game this season. Davies is still fairly young and has a lot of Premier League experience already under his belt, but since breaking into the Everton side at 17, he has not shown any indication that he will improve. Overall, Davies appears unlikely to earn match day dividends, unless he improves considerably.

Price Analysis
Tom Davies' price started the season at £0.58. Davies hit a temporary peak price of £0.94 in November following a strong performance against Southampton where he scored. However, since then his performances have generally been poor and his price has dropped considerably, down to a current price of £0.63. Davies' price has remained fairly stagnant in recent months, but he currently has a very tight spread as he suits the current market trend towards young, English, Premier League players very well. Davies has had a fairly poor season in a weak Everton midfield, but if he can stand out towards the end of the season it is likely his price will rise considerably given his suiting to the current market trend. However, if he does not get regular game time or even does not stand out, it is likely we will see his spread widen considerably and he could become much more difficult to sell at a reasonable instant sell price. Longer term, Davies' price ceiling is very high and the downside may not be so low, but he will need to improve considerably to have a serious chance of competing for dividends.
