Peak PB Scores
Todd Cantwell is a central midfielder for Norwich City. Cantwell had a strong first Premier League season with 6 goals and 2 assists in 37 games. Cantwell is particularly strong at dribbling, successfully completing a high 62.5% of his 2.99 attempted dribbles per 90. Cantwell is also strong at getting into dangerous areas and he attempted 1.58 shots per 90, hitting 36.7% on target. Last season, Cantwell had to be strong off the ball due to playing for a relatively weak Premier League side. Cantwell averaged a very high 1.91 tackles per 90 and this ability to get involved in games defensively as well as contributing with goals could possibly lead to high PB scores if he was to play for a stronger side in a PB league in the future. However, last season Cantwell was unable to hit any high PB scores, but this may be due to playing for such a weak side. In the short term, Cantwell may not have any opportunity to earn dividends due to playing in a Non-PB league but it does appear likely that longer term he will find his way back into the Premier League and he also has an outside chance of earning media dividends in the future due to his chance of breaking into the England national side longer term.
1 Year Price Graph
Todd Cantwell IPO'd at £1.40 on 03/09/19. Cantwell's price quickly rose up to £1.99 due to his strong performances for Norwich City and then in February 2020, his price rose to a peak of £2.78 due to the emergence of transfer links to Liverpool. Cantwell's price had remained as high as £2.50 up until the introduction of order books when his price dramatically dropped down to his current market price of £1.45. Cantwell also currently has a wide spread with an instant sell price of £1.10. Cantwell's price is likely to remain relatively stagnant unless he does secure a move to a very strong Premier League side. If Cantwell moves to a reasonably strong Premier League side, his price may rise slightly. Overall, Cantwell does not currently appear a particularly strong hold given his low chances of earning dividends whilst in a Non-PB league. Furthermore, his price is still relatively high compared to other, young, English players with similar PB scores. Longer term, Cantwell could be a strong hold given his potential to improve further if he can break into a strong Premier League side and also the England national side.
