Player Review
Kaan Ayhan is a center back for Fortuna Dusseldorf. Ayhan is strong on the ball and averages 53 passes per game. Ayhan has a lot of potential to hit high PB scores when playing against weak sides where his team has a lot of possession. Ayhan is a Turkey international and hit high PB scores of 194 and 187 against Moldova and Andorra completing over 100 passes each game. Ayhan recently hit a high PB score of 160 against a very out of form Schalke side recently where he completed 92 passes. For a center back, Ayhan is also strong in attack averaging 0.9 shots per game which is relatively high for a center back. Despite having strong passing stats, Ayhan is unlikely to hit high peak PB scores regularly as he currently plays for a weak side where he does not have enough possession in games often. Ayhan could certainly improve his PB scores further if he secured a transfer to a stronger side in the future.

Price Analysis
Kaan Ayhan's price started the season at £0.55 and has fluctuated between lows of £0.52 and £0.68 since. Ayhan's price is currently at £0.61 with a much lower sell price of £0.46. It is conceivable to believe Ayhan could currently be bought somewhere between £0.46-£0.54 with a matched bid. However, what this large spread suggests is a lack of demand for Ayhan. As a 25 year-old center back at a weak side, Ayhan is unlikely to grab the attention of the market and so unless transfer links emerge, capital appreciation is going to be very limited. Overall, Ayhan is likely to remain a relatively stagnant hold unless transfer links prop up. Ayhan could be a strong hold ahead of EURO 2021 given his quality in defence for Turkey. However, with many very high quality Turkish center backs being developed such as Merih Demiral, Ozan Kabak and Caglar Soyuncu - Ayhan could fail to keep his spot in the side depending on how he performs next season.
