Player Review
Jamal Lewis is a left back for Newcastle United. Lewis had a strong 2019-2020 season for Norwich City and following Norwich's relegation to the Championship, Lewis was signed by Newcastle United. Lewis has rapid acceleration and he often uses his pace to dribble down the left wing, completing 52.3% of his 2.53 dribbles attempted per 90. Lewis does attempt to cross fairly often and swung in a few nice crosses for Newcastle United in his recent debut. However, last season he only completed a low 22.2% of the 1.71 crosses he attempted per 90. Defensively, Lewis is strong at tackling making 2 tackles per 90. Overall, Lewis is a promising talent, but whilst at a mid-table Premier League side he is unlikely to offer the constant attacking threat often needed to earn matchday dividends. Therefore, he appears unlikely to earn dividends often.

Price Analysis
Jamal Lewis' price started the 2019-2020 season at £0.81. Lewis' strong performances led to him hitting a peak of £0.97 in February 2020 during the bonus period. Lewis also gained strong links to Liverpool, but having signed for Newcastle United instead, his price has dropped to a current market price of £0.78 with an instant sell price of £0.61. Lewis is unlikely to earn dividends often and so his price may fail to rise much further in the future due to a lack of transfer speculation. Due to being an attacking, young, Premier League full back, his price may occassionally rise if he does have a stand-out performance but throughout the season, unless he improves considerably, there is a strong chance that his price will remain relatively stagnant. Overall, Lewis appears fairly strong value, especially if bought within his spread. However, due to a lack of demand for young players that may struggle to earn dividends in the short term - his price may not rise until his performances and therefore PB scores improve.
