Peak PB Scores
Fred is a defensive midfielder for Manchester United. Fred has had a strong season and has progressed considerably since he first arrived at Old Trafford. Fred is very strong at passing, averaging a very high 63.7 passes per 90. Fred's PB average is therefore very high, but he does not score very often. Despite shooting 1.7 times per 90, Fred only hits the target 27% of the time which is due to him mostly attempting efforts from long range. Fred has hit two very high peak PB scores this season, both in the Europa League against fairly weak opposition. Fred hit a 280 when he scored twice against Club Brugge and also hit a 270 against Astana due to his sheer dominance on the ball making an incredible 137 passes. Overall, Fred is unlikely to hit high peak PB scores often and will struggle to outscore Manchester United midfielders that score often like Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba, but he can occassionally hit high PB scores and could have a chance of earning match day dividends in games where Manchester United are particularly dominant. Fred is also very capable of earning media dividends and has already earned 16p in media dividends this season, but he is unlikely to return so much in the future now he is more established as a strong Manchester United player and due to the arrival of Bruno Fernandes.
1 Year Price Graph
Fred's price started the season at just £0.82. Due to Fred having a strong season, his price has since hit a peak of £1.75. In recent months, Fred's price has declined as Manchester United now have the services of Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes which may mean Fred is more likely to be rotated in the future. Fred already has competition with Scott McTominay and Nemanja Matic to play in the deeper midfield role. Fred currently has a market price of £1.43 and an instant sell price of £1.09. Fred's price was at a low of £1.19 in January prior to him hitting a very high PB score against Club Brugge and he could drop further in price in the short term. Fred has shown his ability to earn both match day and media dividends this season and despite playing less regularly in the future, he could still be strong value especially if bought closer to his instant sell price. As Manchester United are still in the Europa League and dividends will be increasing before United's next Europa League game, Fred could possibly rise in price further during the later stages of the Europa League. Overall, Fred's price could drop further in the short term if he does not play consistently, but as he has the potential to earn both match day and media dividends, he could be a fairly strong hold.
