Player Review
Duvan Zapata is a center forward for Atalanta. Zapata is a powerful, strong forward who can use his dribbling ability and strength to dribble past defenders and create opportunities for himself. Zapata averages 3.26 shots per game and has scored a total of 12 goals in just 19 appearances, scoring an impressive once ever 97 minutes. However, Zapata's general involvement in games is low averaging just 14 passes per game and so he is unlikely to hit a high peak PB score unless he scores/assists 2+ times in a game. Only 2 of Zapata's 12 goals in PB eligible competitions this season have been the Game-Winning Goal and if he was to score the GWG more often, he could hit higher PB scores. Zapata has been injured for a large part of the season, but since returning he has performed well and has 5 goals and 3 assists in his last 6 games. Overall, Zapata certainly has the potential to earn In-Play Dividends and possibly match day dividends once Serie A returns by scoring/assisting so frequently.

Price Analysis
Duvan Zapata's price started the season at £1.02. Zapata's price has been around £1.30 for the majority of the season, but dropped during the Covid-19 dip. Zapata's price currently sits at £1.19 and has not increased in price in recent weeks, depsite news of Serie A's return. Zapata has a reasonably strong chance of earning match day dividends on a number of occassions throughout a given season, but due to his age, capital appreciation may be limited. Zapata has also been linked to Atletico Madrid and Inter recently, but for his price to rise considerably - it is likely he would need to be linked to a Premier League side. Overall, Zapata is a strong player who has improved considerably in recent seasons and is showing no signs that he will weaken over the upcoming years. Therefore, he could be a fairly strong hold, but capital appreciation may be limited compared to younger players. If In-Play Dividends increase, it is likely Zapata's price will rise.
