Player Review
Denis Zakaria is a defensive midfielder for Borussia Monchengladbach. Zakaria is a well-built, physcially strong player who is also fairly fast given his size. Zakaria is very strong off the ball and gets himself into positions which make it difficult for the opposition to break down, averaging 1.7 interceptions per game. Zakaria also makes a high 2.1 tackles per game and his general defensive play is very strong. Zakaria is also strong on the ball, making a reasonably high 40 passes per game and he is also very comfortable on the ball making 1.7 dribbles per game. Zakaria's creativity in attack is not so strong, making just 0.4 key passes and 0 crosses per game. Zakaria tends to play simple passes and so he only provided 2 assists throughout the 2019-2020 season. Zakaria's PB score of 294 was for Switzerland against Gilbraltar and his peak PB score for Borussia Monchengladbach last season was only 170. Overall, Zakaria had a very strong season which led to him gaining the attention of various sides, but his stlye of play does not suit the PB matrix and so he appears unlikely to earn match day dividends. Zakaria could earn media dividends in the future if he does secure a transfer to a strong side.

Price Analysis
Denis Zakaria's price started the 2019-2020 season at just £0.45. Zakaria's price increased to £1.35 by November after hitting a high peak PB score of 294 and also due to to gaining transfer links to a number of strong sides including Manchester United. Zakaria's price hit a peak of £1.50 in late March, but has since decreased since to a current market price of £1.23 with an instant sell price of £0.88. Despite, Zakaria's high peak PB score, Zakaria appears unlikely to earn match day dividends because he rarely scores/assists. Zakaria's price became built up on transfer speculation and since such transfer speculation has faded his spread has widened and is unlikely to tighten unless transfer links develop again. Overall, Zakaria is a strong player who could possibly rise in price if a transfer is to go through, but due to his lack of attacking threat - he appears unlikely to earn dividends often and so does not appear particularly good value (Compared to others) at either market or instant sell price.
