Player Review
Dani Ceballos is a central midfielder for Arsenal. Ceballos has had a strong first season for Arsenal and has improved further since playing under Mikel Arteta. Ceballos completes a very high 59.9 passes per 90 and is particularly strong at dribbling averaging 2.69 dribbles per 90 with a high 73.8% success rate. Ceballos has strong ball control and is particularly strong at changing direction with the ball when being closed down. Ceballos has played in a deeper role under Arteta and this has led to him making more than twice as many interceptions per 90. Ceballos has also made more passes into the final 3rd as instead of being in the final third himself, he is often creating chances for teammates instead. Ceballos has a high PB average and hit a 225 against West Ham United without scoring/assisting. However, under Arteta, Ceballos has taken less touches in the box than he did under Emery which may result in him failing to contribute towards goals frequently. Overall, Ceballos is still relatively young and has shown a lot of quality for Arsenal this season in an improving Arsenal side. Ceballos suits the PB matrix fairly well and if he could score/assist more often in the future, it is likely he could earn match day dividends on a number of occassions throughout a given season.

Price Analysis
Dani Ceballos' price started the season at £1.68. In late August, following a very strong start to the season, Ceballos' price hit a peak of £2.53. Since then, Ceballos' price has dropped considerably due to him suffering an injury and being left out of the side for a number of games. Ceballos has consistently started for Arsenal since the restart and has been a standout player for Arsenal. Furthermore, his improvement and potential to suit the PB matrix could lead to him earning more match day dividends in the future. Arsenal are likely to sign Ceballos either on loan again or permanently and if so, he could be a strong hold ahead of next season as Arsenal look to improve further and could possibly be playing in Europe if they win the FA Cup. Ceballos has also been linked to Real Betis and Valencia and if he was to move to La Liga, his price could possibly drop unless he was played in a more advanced role.
